Your report can be anonymous
You do not have to provide your name or contact details. However, sharing a safe way to contact you may help us ask follow-up questions and respond more effectively.
All reports will be handled as confidentially as possible. Information will only be shared with authorised persons who need it to assess and respond to the concern. TESMI does not tolerate retaliation, intimidation or punishment against anyone who raises a concern honestly and in good faith. TESMI’s policies require concerns to be reported and provide protection against retaliation.
What happens after you submit a report?
TESMI will:
- Review the information submitted.
- Assess whether anyone is at immediate risk.
- Assign the report to an authorised person who is not involved in the allegation.
- Take appropriate protective, investigative or disciplinary action.
- Refer the matter to safeguarding, legal, health or relevant public authorities where necessary.
Where contact details are provided, we may acknowledge the report and provide updates where appropriate. We may not be able to share confidential details about an investigation or action taken.
