Who we are

Teens Smart Builder Initiative (TESMI Nigeria) is a registered youth-led NGO dedicated to empowering adolescents and young people through inclusive, community-driven programs.

Founded in 2021 by passionate youth activists in the wake of COVID-19, TESMI started as a grassroots movement in Igando New-Town, Alimosho LGA. Today, we are a recognized force for youth development across Lagos and Ogun States.

We focus on education, gender equality, climate action, mental health, and sexual and reproductive health, ensuring every young person has the knowledge and skills to live a healthy, confident, purpose-driven life.
